By registering an account, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not subject to any restriction — including self-exclusion — that would prohibit your participation, and that the funds you deposit are from legitimate personal sources.
To access the full features of the Platform, you must create a single personal Account by providing accurate, complete and current information. Each User may hold only one Account. Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.
pk786 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable AML and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to provide one or more of the following: a valid government-issued photo identity document, proof of address, proof of payment method, and any other documentation reasonably requested by pk786 to verify your identity and the source of funds.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the time specified by pk786 may result in Account suspension or closure and restriction of withdrawal access.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk786 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pk786 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure without notice and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.
The Platform is made available for personal, non-commercial use only. You may access, browse and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any other use requires prior written consent from pk786.
You agree to use the Platform only in a manner that:

The specific payment methods available for deposits on the Platform are determined by the operator and may change from time to time. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and are entirely your own. You must not deposit funds on behalf of any third party, nor use payment methods that do not belong to you.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, fulfilment of applicable wagering requirements and compliance with these Terms. pk786 does not guarantee specific processing times for any withdrawal method. Actual processing times depend on the payment method selected, the operator's processing schedule and any compliance review that may be required.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are communicated in the Account settings. pk786 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence procedures before processing large or unusual withdrawals.
pk786 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where: the Account KYC is incomplete; there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or the withdrawal would violate applicable law or the operator's compliance policy.
Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals and the operator's policy. Users may be required to verify ownership of the withdrawal method.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions and other incentives offered on the Platform are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion and to these general bonus provisions. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Bonuses are typically subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a PKR 1,000 bonus means the User must place qualifying bets totalling PKR 20,000 before withdrawal is permitted. These figures are illustrative — actual requirements vary by promotion and are stated in the relevant offer terms.
The following restrictions apply to bonus funds unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms:
pk786 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus or associated winnings, and to suspend or close an Account, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses; coordinated low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements; or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
All bets are subject to acceptance by the operator. pk786 and the applicable operator reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at their sole discretion without explanation. A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation reference has been issued.
In the event that odds are published erroneously due to a manifest error, software fault or pricing mistake, pk786 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect odds and, where applicable, refund stakes. "Manifest error" refers to an obvious and unambiguous pricing mistake that a reasonable person would recognise as incorrect.
Where an event is cancelled, postponed, abandoned or otherwise fails to reach a conclusion within the timeframe specified in the betting rules for that market, bets on that event may be voided and stakes returned, subject to the specific market and event rules.
Live (in-play) betting markets carry additional risks due to the real-time nature of odds movements. Bets accepted on live markets are binding once confirmed. Minor delays in odds updates are inherent to live betting and do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Cricket betting markets — including Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batter, Top Bowler, Total Runs and Over/Under — covering Pakistan national team matches, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and other international cricket events may be available on the Platform. The availability of specific markets is determined by the operator. References to Pakistan cricket, PSL and ICC are for sports context only — pk786 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any team.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
All content on the pk786 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall design and compilation — is the exclusive property of pk786 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform; modify or create derivative works; or use any data mining, robots or similar tools to extract data from the Platform.
Any unauthorised use of pk786 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.
pk786 makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, secure or free of viruses or harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures and third-party service interruptions may affect availability. pk786 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform unavailability.
The content of the Platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only. pk786 makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose of any content. Users rely on Platform content at their own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk786 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including gambling losses, loss of profits, data or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms.
pk786 provides information about the betting and gaming landscape. Where users access third-party operator platforms, pk786 is not responsible for the conduct, terms, policies or outcomes of those operators. Users transact with third-party operators at their own risk.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting pk786 support via Live Chat, Help Center or the email address provided on the Contact page. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any available balance. pk786 will process closure requests within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks.
pk786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account — with or without notice — where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: the Account is being used in violation of these Terms; the user has provided false information; fraudulent, criminal or suspicious activity is suspected; the user has failed to complete required KYC verification; or applicable legal or compliance obligations require such action.
Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform is revoked. Any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the User subject to completion of KYC verification and confirmation that no compliance holds apply, in accordance with the operator's withdrawal policy.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary license, unless otherwise mandated by applicable consumer protection law in the User's jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 14.
